October 2015 – Fitness Goals

Hi all – we incorporate fitness training into all of our classes as fitness and self defense go hand in hand.  here is the the out-of-class fitness goals for our students this month:

Alternate sets 1 & 2 every other day for the first 15 days

  • Set 1 – 30 side break falls each side
  • Set 2 – 30 rear shoulder rolls – each side

Alternate sets 3 & 4 every other day for the last 15 days of the month

  • Set 3 – 20 lunges
  • Set 4 – 50 curls with light weight (10 lbs)
